Firthst DPD lost the parcels then on second shipping delivered 4/5 and reported 5/5 - which is causing a lot of trouble on refunds!!
Customer service worse than useless - either badly trained or deliberately trained to exasperate their customers (since they hung up on me TWICE I believe the latter to be true!)
