DPD are RUBBISH. They use drivers who can't understand English, their drivers write their own consignees' names, parcels are not left at the address written on the parcel and they generally couldn't give a damn.
Whilst a seller on ebay may have a 5 star reputation, they are being let down by this awful company and when you ring DPD to complain about a third rate, couldn't care less attitude service, they try to justify it!!!!
The best thing ebay sellers can do is boycot them if nothing other than to save their good reputation
