Our driver is a nightmare. He's rude abupt aggressive and threatening. Now won't even pick our parcels from depo and dpd do absolutely nothing about it. This includes medical equipment for a child. Customer service lass on phone was a joke shouting at me because couldn't give me a contact for someone who could escalate the complaint could only send an email to depo what a joke. Finally online chat after 8 complaints within 4 week span. My neighbour forced to take delivery so driver didn't have to go back to depo. Her husband was then forced on another incident to open our door as his wife has a key! And they didn't have space to take 23 boxes. They have dumped boxes all over my drive and drove off to be honest the whole company is a farce
