Made an order for two 15kg bags of dog food they delivered one to my home and one to a dry cleaners 20 minute walk away when i contacted them they told me I had changed delivery when I said I had definitely did not they refused to except responsibility or do anything to help.
Another occasion for a different order they said they had tried to deliver item which they had not even checked cctv no sign of them
