Sat in all day waiting for a package to be collected for my daughter, Pushchair that needs repair. Original message from DPF saying will be between 10am & 5pm. Kept tracking and said later said it would be between 15.35 & 16.25. Driver never arrived. at 16.35 checked tracking it said they arrived and someone told them they had nothing to be collected. No idea where they went, it was not to us. Phoned DPD to contact driver and make sure he was reading correct address as it was in tracking notice, only to be told driver had finished for the day and nothing they can do. Very annoying had changed all our plans to be here for collection. Not even an offer to rearrange collection DPD lady just said sorry it is down to us to contact shop where my daughter bought the pram, who now have to contact Icandy, Icandy then have to contact DPD to re arrange??? When the actually mistake was DPD!!!!!! not good enough terrible customer service.
