It seems that the company's customer service is entirely automated, making it impossible to speak to an actual human being. This lack of human interaction only exacerbates the already frustrating experience of dealing with their consistently poor service.
Considering the numerous mishaps, untrustworthiness, and woeful customer service, I strongly discourage anyone from using DPD for their delivery needs.
