Here I am living in Groundhog Day second time in six weeks. My parcel was supposed to be delivered with a one hour time slot between 1229 and 1.29. At 12:29 I went into my kitchen where there is a window that I can see the road and the gate from and started watching. At 12:35 I get a message to say sorry we missed you. The driver was never at my address. The exact same thing happened six weeks ago. In that situation I was outside cutting my grass when apparently I was not in and he missed me. I recently sent a parcel to the other end of the country. The exact same thing happened there. The recipient received a message to say sorry we missed you whilst the whole time being in the house with dogs that bark at the slightest noise at the door! It would appear that DPD drivers don’t do what they’re paid to. They just say you’re not in Six weeks ago It resulted in my parcel being sent back to where it came from which is why I’ve re-ordered it now. I’m appalled at the same thing is happening again. I would advise you to pay a bit extra and use a different delivery service. DPD just aren’t up to the job. If he was at my address why is the pic just black? It’s daytime!
