I was expecting an important deliver but the driver, Harmeet, didn't ring the bell. But he took a photo of my door!!! I received a message saying that they couldn't deliver. Well, they didn't try. I called DPD and after waiting 10 min was finally able to talk with someone. I am still shocked with what they said: The drivers are now instructed to not ring the intercom or knock at the doors!!!! So customers are supposed to stay one hour in the street waiting on for the driver !!!!
I tried to complain to DPD online but it's impossible and the person I talked to on the phone did not record my complaint. Instead, she tried to justify the unacceptable, absurd, flippant behaviour of the driver Harmeet.
DPD told me on the phone that they are instructing their couriers to not ring bells or knock at doors !!!!!!!!!!!!But this is what they say on their website :
"The driver will do everything they can to get your attention when you're at home" . That is a lie.The driver will not even ring the bell.
