Incompetent staff in all departments
This is a very urgent parcel which requores my ID, I have taken time off work on 3 days to ensure this has arrived on time, each day ensuring I was sat near the door to hear the bell or a knock. I have recieved a picture of my front door from my delivery driver telling me he was unable to deliver my parcel. Upon calling the customer service department the woman offered no help and just suggested I return the parcel to sender and have it redelivered elsewhere, this is unacceptable. I dread this every time I find out a parcel is being delivered my dpd, teqch your drivers how to knock and wait for more than 30 seconds please and if they can't manage this at least make them do a second attempt. Unacceptable
