I was waiting for a package, I spent the whole day at home waiting, it ruined my whole day. Then I get a message that no one was home, and like other complaints, only a black screen as proof. Do they really think we're that innocent? They ruin someone's whole day when the driver clearly wanted to shorten his route. A terrible company.
