DPD missed their scheduled delivery slot for my parcel and didn’t come anywhere near my address, instead they sent a photo of a motorway layby as a record of an attempted delivery. My delivery was automatically rescheduled the following day and again their driver didn’t even attempt delivery, just claimed that nobody was home when in fact our security cameras show no record of any delivery attempt either at our property entrance or at our front door. This means I now have to go and collect my time sensitive parcel at my own expense in terms of time that I don’t have, at a collection point, 3 days later from the original delivery date. This is the third time we have had this experience with DPD - all other couriers seem to have no problem with delivering to us. Additionally there is absolutely zero customer service nor any way to get in touch with someone to ask for help with the process or to register a complaint. Terrible company - avoid at all costs.
