The WORST delivery company out there.
They've failed to deliver a parcel x3 days in a row now AND on the 3rd day I was waiting outside my front door during the hour timeslot I was given. No one even attempted a delivery on my street and then I get a 'Sorry our driver missed you' email.
Phone staff are awful, cant actually help with anything just say 'I'm Sorry about that.' When in reality, they don't care at all and have 0 power to actually rectify anything other than apparently contacting the depot. Which clearly does NOTHING.
Honestly, I have no idea how they're still operational.
I don't have a problem with any other delivery service, Amazon, Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel etc the ONLY issues I have is with DPD. I can emphasise enough how awful they are. Delivering packaged isn't even a hard thing to get right, but they seem to royally mess it up every time. Would NEVER recommend them.
