The delivery experience I endured was nothing short of appalling and entirely unacceptable. On the first attempt, the driver, who was just six stops away, abruptly left without delivering my parcel, falsely reporting that I was not present—an outright lie. This unprofessional behavior not only wasted my time but also undermined the reliability I expected from the service.
The following day, things went from bad to worse. I was forced to wait outside in subzero temperatures for over **four hours beyond the promised delivery window**—a total delay of more than five hours. This level of disregard for customer time and wellbeing is utterly disgraceful.
To add insult to injury, as I continued waiting, the app inaccurately displayed that the driver was still 11 stops away when, in fact, he had already arrived. This glaring discrepancy left me completely baffled and further eroded any trust in the system. It was only by sheer luck that someone at my door happened to notice the delivery while I stepped inside briefly to get a glass of water. Had it not been for this fortunate coincidence, I might never have received my parcel.
This entire ordeal reflects gross incompetence, a lack of accountability, and a complete failure to provide even a basic level of service. Such unprofessionalism is entirely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that corrective measures are taken to prevent this from happening to any other customer in the future.
The best part is on the app it shows the delivery time is between their delivery window which was 16:00-17:00. But the delivery made after 20:00 and the picture was taken at that time which was after 20:00.
