Driver went to wrong address, several messages for 3 days saying they would deliver and tracking says it is stuck at Snetterton. Had to cancel engineer as the parcel never arrived. Waited in each day. The so called message system completely useless they say sorry and in no way do they address the actual problem. The sign of a good company is when they correct a mistake they have made, not just go "oh well it's not my responsibility contact the sender" If I were a company sending parcels I would not trust DPD
