I’ve had the most frustrating experience with DPD, and honestly, I’m starting to think they’re the new Evri when it comes to poor customer service. The entire process has been an absolute mess.
First off, I scheduled a parcel collection, and the driver never showed up. I even got a confirmation email saying they'd pick it up, but no one arrived. When I tried reaching out to customer service, I was stuck waiting on hold for ages. Once I finally got through, they were no help at all – just gave me generic answers and didn’t bother to follow up.
To make matters worse, the links they sent in the emails were broken! I tried tracking my parcel or rearranging the collection, but the links simply don’t work, leading to even more frustration.
DPD, you really need to step up your game. This kind of poor service is unacceptable, and I’ll definitely be avoiding using your services in the future. You’ve really taken the crown from Evri as the most unreliable delivery company out there. Avoid them if you can!
