The driver failed to deliver my parcels for two consecutive days and updated the status to “Missed Parcel.”
The parcels are from IKEA and Likewise. The driver left without ringing the doorbell even once.
I called customer service and also left messages to the driver, instructing them to press the room number and call me if there were any issues, but it was no use.
To make matters worse, they assigned the same parcel number to both the IKEA and Likewise items, causing the Likewise parcel to be untraceable.
Although this service is rated as 5-star, the Clacton-on-Sea representative, Gwen, is absolutely terrible. I feel awful.
