Do not use this damn company. They employ liars and the service is terrible. I ordered a parcel, and they provided a delivery date and time. I live in a building with a reception that is always staffed, and I was home all day. When the delivery time came, I received an SMS saying the delivery failed and I would have to pick it up the next day. I called customer support, but they didn’t let me say a word—they just interrupted me, read from a sheet, said goodbye, and hung up. Absolutely hopeless people. I’ve never seen worse.
