This company is a nightmare! I stayed home, even took a day off work, waiting for my parcel — and they had the nerve to send a message saying no one was there to deliver it. I WAS RIGHT THERE! They didn’t even bother to show up. Now I have to drag myself out tomorrow to collect it from some random location that isn’t even close to my home.
Terrible service, disgusting customer support, and completely untrustworthy. DPD clearly does not care about its customers at all. Avoid them at all costs!
