I was shocked at the bad reviews as I have always found DPD to be the perfect delivery service. I always choose them, if possible, and wish all companies used them. I have always received notification of the hour slot they will be arriving and have never been let down. Their online tracking service is amazing too. I have just had a delivery and it arrived exactly as advised with minutes of the allotted time. Perhaps I am one of the lucky ones but all I can say is... a great driver and perfect service.
