Don't trust DpD services
don't trust the customer service, the only answer you get sorry, the driver can't return even it's the driver fault, he came to a wrong address, I have dpd app, i was waiting next to my house and i received a notification that we missed you!! in the same second i called the customer services, and said i'm here the driver didn't come, the answer was he can't return sorry. i was trying to explain that i have a flight to catch and i pied extra so i can have my parcel in the morning before my flight, the customer service start to be angry, as if it was my fault.
the strange thing few days ago i had exactly same experience but to my address in London, i was again waiting next to my flat expecting the driver to come same thing happened receiving notification we missed you!! same argument with customer services, with no solution.
don't trust drivers: looks like they don't make any efforts to go to the right address, just taking a photo to a random place just to say we missed you!! i don't miss you guys...... probably just to show they had did as much jobs as possible but without delivering.
