I don’t know what to say, i sent 7 parcels from Edinburgh to Italy the 20 of may, 6 of them came damaged, so damaged that they were open, even wet, no refund even if i payed for an additional insurance. One of the parcel is lost. I am still trying to understand the whereabouts of my missing parcel, and after two months they say that if it is deemed lost they don’t want to refund me because they say that the parcel contains “personal items”. Personal items are prohibited in the parcel... i would like to know what they consider as personal items since the parcel contains clothes. These guys are a bunch of frauds in disguise, choose them if you want to punish yourself. I am so angry that i will publish this on every review site i can to let everyone know this.
