AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I’ve sent over 20kg parcel through DPD on 17 June. Today it 24 July and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent multiple emails, which were ignored over and over again. I’ve called DPD couple times and one person said it was lost, while other claimed that this issue is being investigated and they are still looking for my parcel. This is not a delivery company- they just steal the parcel and leave customer without any information or explaination! Very disappointed! I will never use their services again.
