Craig kindly fraudulently signed our signature, a signature dispute raised but no call from complaints dept, this is definitely the company for you. Head office tracked my parcel to an address and sent me there to beg the homeowners for my parcel promising to call straight after to check I was OK. Still no call from cplants team. When chased I am told they will go back to the sender with an answer.. Which is unacceptable as it is OUR NAME that was fraudulently signed. My address my parcel my privacy. Surely GDPR should cover this guys. Utterly ridiculous. Oh and as you call in there is a warning message saying you may wish to complain please be polite.. An indication that something is severely wrong sinead.. Right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE!
