dpd delivered in a safe place the 1st time(outside the front door of my building in a very busy street) and went missing. Attempt no2. I received parcel one out of two yesterday without any notification on what happened to parcel number one. You see the driver didnt really care to let me know that the 1st parcel was returned. Then I tried to communicate with the customer service where an advisor thought it was polite to adress me at my first name like we know each other and hanging up the phone when o mentioned that. I am really over your service as twice it failed me and wont use it in future.
