Refused to follow delivery instructions, refused to leave with a neighbour for signature. I then changed to local pickup at Doddle, which they stated numerous times on different platforms that it would be ready for collection on Saturday by 12pm. I then get an email at 11.45 stating that due to unforeseen circumstances it would now be delivered on Monday. Apparently the unforeseen circumstance was it should only be delivered on a week day. Fobbed off with "its an automatic email, its an automatic app" not our fault excuse. Well yes it is your fault, nobody else's, get your house in order.
