We have regular courier deliveries a considerable number by DPD. with this company they send an email giving a 1 hour time slot and our regular courier, Lee, is excellent in fact we get concerned if he has not delivered within 5 minutes of the beginning of the scheduled slot. We have never had any issue with the condition of any parcel delivered to us and Lee is a very good ambassador for DPD and indeed couriers in general.
