Picked up a parcel at the dpd depot inside of Argos. The parcel which was handed out had been opened before and it was completely empty. So I notified Argos staff who confirmed the receipt of an empty parcel. Called dpd who promised to launch an inquiry. Got an email confirmation that I would receive an update within 24 hours. Have not received any update. After a week I called again and the same was promised. Did not receive any update. This has now happened three times.
Avoid dpd by all means! For me dpd is a reason not to order from an online shop.
