1 star doesn't even begin to express the level of disappointment I feel after dealing with their service. I would choose -10 if it was possible.
I lost plenty of time waiting for this endless delivery and because I couldn't change anything (this was because seller didn't allow to change anything: address, time window, getting from depot, leaving neighbours etc.) every day I had to change the day because I was at work and my partner was leaving at 12:00. They've always set the window to around 14:00. Finally, after 1 week, after I asked for Monday delivery my partner had a day off and the parcel wasn't sent at all. They explained it by some delay or something. I had a chat with helpline (1 hour of waiting) and told them I want this as soon as possible next day, consultant didn't even show any intention to help scheduling for morning hours. Next day I stayed at home to work remotely which is not good for me and I see... 'your parcel is on the way back to seller'. What an awful, terrible, useless and obnoxious service. You'd better avoid this forever.
