He came nowhere near our address and has delivered to an address unknown to us. Have rang customer services who says driver is aware and will collect it and bring it round. You can’t write this 1st dropping parcel in bin with over £200 worth of Xmas presents 2nd throwing parcel over fence smashing glass although parcel clearly marked fragile glass handle with care now delivery to the wrong address we tracked the driver all morning and came nowhere up our road it’s unbelievable wife tells me it’s my Christmas present and if they can’t sort it out before Christmas I will be left with soap on a rope. If you research Trustpilot where I have left a review this appears a common occurrence around my area
