I would give them 0 stars if I could. They lost my parcel and did nothing at all to find it. Customer service is completely useless, and when I was trying to contact them by email they keep sending me automated answer. I have no words how dissapointing it is especially now that my father in law passed away and I am left without all my winter clothes that I had sent back after my holiday abroad. I will never use this service again. I have attached a photo of the box that was delivered last week instead of my suitcase with clothes and is still standing in my porch. No-one cares
