Two days in a row waiting for my parcel, as delivery info keeps changing. Because of DPD I needed to take two UNPAID days off from work( lost £130 for two working days) Today finally driver named Hasani, supposed to deliver my parcel but instead of my address he went to completely different address and again I did NOT received my parcel. Contacted DPD tram straight away when driver Hasani still was around in my area, they told me he will be back today they promised me that, I spoke with 3 different DPD people today ( Richa who was very rude and simply left the chat when she had nothing to say to me,then with some other person Veenet who read all my problem and also was rude and not helpful and simply left dissapierd... all of them promised that Hasani will return back exactly TODAY as he made a mistake. And he never returned I just wasted two days sitting at home and waiting for nothing and listening lies, I’m out of 139£ from work and also won’t be able to receive my parcel as cAnt take any days off from work no more. So thank you for lying, the WORST service EVER! If you want your parcels then use other delivery/shipping service except DPD!!! Shame on you and your driver!!!
