Not recommended. Inconsistent quality of service for international shipments. Sometimes when they have more experienced staff handling the shipment, things can be smooth and quick. But, when you are unlucky and have an inexperienced or newer staff dealing with your shipment, then hell can bring loose. Shipments can be incorrectly flagged or mistaken to be un-shippable, when similar items have many times been successfully shipped out without any hitches.
Their customer service export team does not respond quickly too. They do not offer much help to ensure a good customer experience. Most of time you get automated emails about your queries but so far, none of them really went all the way out to follow-up and follow-through on action items towards closure of issues for a customer.
