DPD initially managed to deliver my package to the wrong address! apparently the driver could not find the Click and Collect site quite hard to do considering its a major chain supermarket.
Apparently they retrieved the parcel and returned it to there depot at Oldbury from where they subsequently returned it to central sorting and lost it completely. (This is an edited summery of the whole saga which if it wasn't so pathetic it would have made a great farce).
Despite having to battle the aggravating automated system to enable communication with a human being and being made promises which did not materialise, resulting in more time and energy chasing my package its now highly unlikely I will ever see the item, however miracles do happen and one day via divine intervention they may deliver it
Overall my experience has been extremely negative and I sincerely hope never to have to deal with them again
