Why don't parcel delivery firms give a toss about their customers. I have been waiting for a delivery that has been sitting in DPD's Westerham depot in Kent for the last eight days, a whole 32 miles north of my home.
I am unable to speak to the company on the telephone because it is always engaged and am unable to email to find out if there is a problem because there is no email address. It's website says download the DPD app. Why? When the service is so appalling what is the point of having an app that gives as little information as searching online?
I would give no stars but I can't. Do not use this company if you are looking for a speedy delivery. And my area, according to the lame website, is unaffected by the current Coronavirus crisis. God help those poor people waiting for a delivery in areas that are.
