They refuse the accept irrefutable evidence that they have my package, or it was stolen from their custody. Do not send anything with their drop off service, unless you are seriously well insured or willing to lose the item. Never send anything with sentimental value or anything that cant be replaced. seriously, these people will make you regret ever considering them. Do not go near them
