I would not even give them one star.
On DPD local. shipments - document.
If you come across any issues for your shipment there would be no way to solve it unless you take up your case in your own hands.
no option to select documents so personal shipments went as good samples which created whole lot of issues. Their pick up location are just 3rd party kiosks who have no clue about any process.
The communication details were mixed up so I never received any intimation. The parcel was not received even after 10 days and I am still waiting.
I had to get in touch with DPD group customer care as they have no DPD local customer care. There is a number but you pay an extortionate amount to call them, they make money while keeping the call volume low.
for the low cost, you essentially get no forget customer service, you get no help.
The customer service was so incompetent that after sendng 15 email exchanges they still revert back by saying that we can't find your shipment details by the reference number you provided.
basically, if something goes wrong with the DPD level of service you stand a better chance going to church for help.
