It's a terrible service. Drivers drive straight by. Never bother to stop to look for my house which is clearly named and on the roadside! I wanted outside today to flag the driver down as past experience tells me the service is shockingly bad. As usual, the driver went straight past me.
Drivers consistently drive straight past, then take a photo of a random drive to evidence they have been to my house!
When I knew it was dpd delivering my parcel I was very disappointed and knew there would be a problem.
