DPD failed to deliver my order to me yesterday and the same thing just happened now!!! As there is no way people can speak to an actual person when calling customer service, I wrote a review on Trust Pilot hoping that someone from DPD would look into this. I received an apology and confirmation that they would pass it on to their advisor, but clearly nothing was done! Their driver (this time it was Heera) failed to deliver it again!! On their website is only a picture of a closed road due to some road work, which is happening at the end of my street, but the other side of the street is OPEN! How do you think people get to and from work every day?? To me it just look like a lazy excuse!! The road work continues for 6 weeks. Does that mean that DPD incompetent drivers will not be able to deliver my order?? For some mysterious reason I`m also unable to reply to yesterday`s reply from DPD on Trust Pilot or to write a new review. So basically there is no way of speaking to someone.
I`m contacting the seller and will recommend to look for a better courier company for them.
