I'm having a terrible experience trying to get an expensive item delivered. Saw driver trying to deliver my parcel to a neighbour then leaving yesterday. I called out to check if it was for my address and he said 'no'. DPD apologised eventually, after sending me a message that I did not answer the door. The picture taken as their evidence was not my house number and I was assured it would definitely be delivered today.
I have just been told the parcel was 'missed' when loading the van this morning so it will be delivered tomorrow. I have no faith in this company. I cannot get through to speak to a person and they are not following their complaints policy & procedures.
