Day 1, parcels did not arrive in time slot, support chat said wait in although the online tracking app clearly showed driver heading back to depot.
Day 2, one parcel delivered. other missing, driver Rafel said not my problem.
Day 3 remaining parcel supposed to be on pre-10:30 arranged by sender. Contacted chat who said there was an 'operational issue' and to get the sender to request an internal investigation for my parcel. I suggested it was stolen. They said it was not stolen or lost but no movement due to operational issue. Have raised issue with sender and will avoid any company that use DPD to deliver their goods.
