Jared, the driver, claimed to have attempted delivery at 11.26. Sadly, that message was left for us at 10.30, so go figure. Also the image he took of our unattended front door was a shot of the road outside clearly through the windscreen. He was sitting, at that point, about four feet from a two foot high sign with our house name on it. It is just lying, pure and simple. And this isn't the only time it's happened. DPD are without doubt, the worst company providing this service in the country. I note as I complete this review that there are boxes to tick for what kind of customer service I received and of course the answer is none - it simply isn't possible to complain to DPD.
