My mum sent me a parcel from Spain with a Samsung TV, dried meats, olive oil, towels, bedding... It never made it to its destination and DPD simply ignores me and does nothing about it.
The company is Spain is Seur and then Seur has a partnership with DPD in the UK since Seur doesn't operate in the UK.
I have talked to the Customer Service team a million times, with assistants, managers and senior managers. I even emailed the CEO directly and his team replied to me but did the same as the Customer Service people. NOTHING. They keep asking me to contact Seur because that is the "internal process"; even though, Seur did its job well since the parcel made it all the way through Spain to the UK, where DPD should have taken care of. Surely DPD has to get in touch with Seur and sort this out for the customer. But no, they clearly don't care.
I had a conversation with the Operations Manager who promised to call me after 2 hours. She never did of course. I called her instead and she never took the call. So apart from being bad professionals, they lie to you shamelessly.
My parcel is still lost and nobody has given the money back to my mum for the lost items. There are two clear options here:
The people in the hub damaged the box and hid it to avoid issues
OR
Somebody has stolen the box
