Absolutely useless company,ordered a 1 off valuable item from a company that uses dpd services,after getting the run around of excuese's from there customer services finally admitted there at fault and parcel is missing,and they wouldn't file an investigation on my part I had to contact seller who then in return had to get on to the to file an investigation absolute joke,not once did I get a sorry, or a genuine feeling they were going to track find my parcel,Stay well away from this company absolutely run by clowns.
