Bought 2 jackets on the website because it's cheaper. Paid for it but the shipment didn't arrive and tried to contact the customer service throughout the waiting time. It was suppose to arrive about a month later. But we waited for 2 months for the shipment to arrive but in the end, the shipment didn't arrive at all. We sent an e-mail to the customer service support about the order and let them know that we still haven't receive the order throughout the 2 months of waiting, yet they said they will check with the delivery company but in the end, didn't update us about it. They didn't even bother to follow-up. We have to follow-up with them ourselves. When we follow-up with them, the reply is always the same. Even when they refund the money, they didn't even let us know that they credited the money back into our bank account. The customer service is really very bad. I don't recommend buying from this website unless you're willing to get cheated.
