You are liars! I bought snickers, backpack and men’s summer shoes from a company named DressInn on 26.04.2020. My order is 16900683 .I payed with my prepaid card and I received an email confirmation from the company. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 12th may 2020. But it never got to me. The shipping company GLS answered that they have my parcel but here is what they said: “We are sorry for this situation. “The sender has to provide the paperwork for the shipment of the goods including a commercial invoice for your order. As soon as the paperwork is provided the parcel can move on to Switzerland.“
I am giving you this information several times and you continue to be telling me that the shopping company got the goods (which I know) but you never answer to me whether you send the papers that should accompany the parcel and direct it to me. I have the tracking number and it stays frozen from the 8th may stating exactly that GLS has the parcel but can’t move them further because of you!
I need answer now!
