Even though there were many bad reviews regarding your shipment of orders, I took a chance to place an order only because you had the sneakers I wanted. Promptly, next day I received an email stating my order was shipped and you included a picture of the package, which was coming to the US. Checking with USPS, the courier used to send my order, you only “created the label” but the package has not been delivered to USPS, contrary to what you indicate. Also, upon closer inspection of the package, it does not appear to contain the box with my shoes. So I really don’t know. If package was ready to ship in reality, there’s no reason why 6 days later it has not. I get packages from Europe from diverse countries and couriers and they all ship within 3 days. I am very concerned why this is not possible with your company. I would much appreciate a prompt response. I tried to find an email in your website to contact you but you made sure none is available (if you have one, what is it?). I deserve to know when my package will ship by providing a precise date which can be tracked with the shipper.
