I'm unhappy with the experience. I tried to send money to my mother-in-law in Cuba, who desperately needs to purchase food items from an MLC store for her elderly father. I selected "MLA USD Card" under the form of delivery, inputted my mother-in-law's debit card number, and within 24 hours (with seems like a great turnaround), someone called her Cuban number to inform her that he would be delivering CUC to her house the next day. This is not what I selected. I don't understand why this website would even ask for her debit card number if they were just planning on delivering CUC to her house. Unless Duales can rectify the situation, we won't be using the service again.
