First of all, I have not placed an order. I did start an application to send US Dollars to the MCL Card account of a relative in Cuba but was informed that there was a limit as to the amount that I could transfer. Consequently, I didn't complete or execute the order. Why you are sending me a request for a review of an order that never materialized escapes me. Secondly, I find it disingenuous for you not to clearly state in advanced the limitations in place so that one does not have go to the process of completing a form only to be told it cannot be done as entered. That is why you are getting a 1 star review. There is no option for "0" stars.
