The app is not very friendly. Please remember a lot of boomers use this App.I am a member of Canadians help Cubans on Facebook. Users complain on Facebook about the ease of use of the Duales platform.
It is unfortunate because your service is reliable and a lot of your customers appreciate your honesty.
I know the current situation to send money to Cuba is hard. But if you could keep us updated daily with a small blurb on your app that would be amazing.
