Duales has been fantastic! In the beginning I was using their website service through my computer. This was strictly for Home Delivery and provided CUP for the recipient. My Cuban friends received their money in 2 days! Next I tried their phone App which allows more options for sending money. I was a little confused filling the the information and asked for assistance. I received a phone call and an excellent service from the Duales representative. I was then able to send USA funds to my Cuban friends BANDEC card. He received confirmation of funds in 2 days! Thank you Duales and thank your for your excellent customer service!! Alan from Canada
